沼氣制取天然氣工藝分析

采用厭氧工藝后處理含大量有機物的廢棄物，比如畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)廢棄物、城鎮(zhèn)生活污水處理后的污泥、城鎮(zhèn)生活垃圾及餐廚垃圾等，都可以產(chǎn)生沼氣。沼氣是由特定微生物在厭氧條件下降解有機物而產(chǎn)生的一種可燃氣體。目前沼氣資源化利用應用得比較廣泛的技術主要有沼氣凈化制天然氣和沼氣發(fā)電。本文就對沼氣提純天然氣工藝進行分析，希望對大家有所幫助！

Biogas can be produced by anaerobic treatment of wastes containing a large amount of organic wastes, such as livestock and poultry wastes, sludge from municipal sewage treatment, municipal domestic waste and kitchen waste. Biogas is a kind of combustible gas produced by specific microorganisms degrading organic matter under anaerobic conditions. At present, the technologies widely used in the utilization of biogas resources are mainly the purification of biogas to produce natural gas and the generation of electricity by biogas. 利用沼氣提純天然氣，需作以下處理：

Purification of natural gas by biogas requires the following treatment:

1、水分去除：避免水分在設備氣體管路中聚焦，和硫化氫結合會產(chǎn)生腐蝕性的酸溶液，引起腐蝕。由上表的沼氣成分分析可知，利用沼氣生產(chǎn)天然氣，需作以下處理：

1. Moisture removal: Avoid focusing water in equipment gas pipeline, and hydrogen sulfide will produce corrosive acid solution, causing corrosion. According to the analysis of the biogas composition on the upper surface, the following treatment is needed for the production of natural gas from biogas:

2、硫化氫去除：硫化氫具有毒性、腐蝕性，會腐蝕設備，且燃燒時生成二氧化硫造成污染，因此必須降低硫化氫濃度，直至滿足生產(chǎn)設備及國家相關規(guī)范對二氧化硫排放限值的要求。

2. Removal of hydrogen sulfide: hydrogen sulfide is toxic and corrosive, which will corrode equipment and cause pollution by sulfur dioxide generated during combustion. Therefore, the concentration of hydrogen sulfide must be reduced until it meets the requirements of production equipment and relevant national standards for sulfur dioxide emission limits.

3、二氧化碳去除：提高沼氣的熱值。

3. Carbon dioxide removal: increase the calorific value of biogas.

沼氣提純制取天然氣，需采用脫硫、脫碳工藝，降低沼氣中的H2S和CO2含量，提高CH4含量，提純后的沼氣含CH490%以上，成分與天然氣近似，可以作為天然氣使用。此外，沼氣凈化制天然氣方式投資較小，且經(jīng)濟效益較好，值得被廣泛推廣使用。
