4、在循環(huán)水噴淋過程中CaCO3被H2SO3置換成CaSO3。

為降低CaO(石灰)的消耗量，在噴淋水循環(huán)中，應(yīng)保持噴淋水的PH值在5-6之間，由于噴淋水中的H2SO3濃度不斷增加PH值降至5.5以下時(shí)，應(yīng)攪拌水石灰，使噴淋水的PH值達(dá)到8以上。
