1. The selected materials and accessories shall have quality certificates and comply with the current regulations. The steel plate and accessories shall have clear product identification. Check whether it meets the design requirements. The appearance of steel plates shall be inspected one by one, and the quality shall comply with the current steel plate quality standards. The sum of local thinning, scratch depth and actual negative deviation of steel plate shall not be greater than the standard negative deviation of corresponding steel plate.
2. Spot check the appearance quality and size of materials according to the specifications, and double the spot check if unqualified products are found. If the re inspection is not qualified, inform the supplier to return the goods.
3. The selection of welding materials (welding rods) shall meet the design requirements with quality certificate, and the quality certificate shall meet the requirements of the current quality standard carbon steel welding rod (GB / t5117).
4. Steel plate size inspection: the allowable deviation of length and width is 1.5m, and the allowable deviation between diagonals is 3mm; The allowable deviation of straightness on both sides of the plate is 1m.
